This is the best seasoning ever! Being from the south and knowing how to season a good pot of greens, most southerners will tell you that they don't need any help seasoning food. We have plenty of practive with seasonings, but after eating some of my friend's greens, I asked her what she put in them because they were so good. She used Uncle Wiley's greens seasoning.
