In preparation for the Jan 11/12 Blizzard, I decided that it was a great idea to locate some tire chains for my front wheel drive vehicle. Deciding upon a local supplier, rather than pay for overnight shipping made better sense. So, I narrowed it down to a local NAPA store. Their website allowed for online shopping with a ship to store option. Early the next morning, I received a phone call from one of the store representative to confirm my order, and to inform me that he was attempting to have the product for me by the end the work day. I was excited to say the least, but was not holding my breath. Several hours later, the same Rep, called to inform me, that at the moment, my exact product was not available for end of day, but he was attempting to locate the same product at nearby stores early enough to beat the pending storm. Unfortunately it was not to happen, but I was truly impressed by the Hands-On Service that many stores are missing these days. Bravo NAPA! ...read more
