We are currently offering a Move-in special on all of our 1 bedroom apartments.  Your 1st month's rent is free when you sign a 13 month lease.  Our current Market Rent is $890 for a 1 bedroom on the 1st floor (730 sq. ft) and $925 for a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor (820 sq. ft).  Our 2 bedroom/2 bath 1st floor (1020 sq. ft) is $1050, and our 2 bedroom/2 bath 2nd floor (1110 sq. ft.) is $1085.   Each apartment has abundant closet space, wall to wall carpeting, private entrances, air conditioning, assigned parking spots and a storage unit free of charge.  Our 2nd floor apartments have a private balcony, while our 1st floor apartments have an extremely large walk in closet off of the living room (big enough for an office!).   We also have an in ground pool for those hot summer days, and we now accept cats! To secure an apartment there is a $100 deposit that will go towards your security deposit upon move in.
