Terrible, the "kids" running the place were outside smoking cigarettes, none of them washed theyre hands upon coming back in. I waited about 10 minutes for my food which was burnt and messy, one of the young girls "Ariel" forgot about me, she was too busy joking around in the back, later saw her kissing another staff member outside in a car. This McDonald's was just rebuilt in the past month. It was the dirtiest one I have ever been to. It took 25 minutes to get our food. And then to get the sauce, which they told us to get ourselves in cups but there were no cups, took another 10 minutes by which time the food was cold. My son's milkshake was disgusting and a color I have never seen (vanilla supposedly). The fries were inedible due to the salt (and I love salt, mind you). Rudest staff ever! I asked for the manager and was told she was "in the back" and no staff made a move to go get her. Really really horrible experience. This Has to be the Friendliest and most Hospitable Mcdonalds in the State!!! With Exceptional service from the Drive through where they are always in a great mood and very patient as well as all the Employees in the Restaurant!!! The food always tastes fresh and the restaurant is always exceptionaly clean!!! We as a family living here in Cheshire are proud to visit here and when our friendsare here and they even stop in for coffee they mention what an out of the box experience it is for them at this location.
