William Hall is an unethical and unprofessional contractor. We contracted with him Sept 2015 for an all season room and deck. He framed a structure in October and failed to secure a permit. The job was to be done in November 2015. To date he has abandoned the job, left us with an incomplete, unsafe structure and took over $25,000. He refuses to respond to calls, texts, letter or bbb complaint. ...read more

My experience with this contractor was a nightmare and I would like to pass on my experiences to others so they may make an informed decision. This contractor will try to make you feel stupid when asking questions relating to his work. He tried to deny work that was written in his own contract by saying that wasn't his intent. He uses cheap materials such as flat paint for interior walls and tells you that it didn't specify in the contract what type of paint. The sub-contractors he hires are even more horrible! Cost trumps quality to him and the cheaper the better. The plumber he hired hooked up the new propane line incorrectly and almost caused an explosion in my home due to leaking gas. The driveway extension he had sub-contracted out started to fail already and he nor the sub refuses to address it and says the sinking is due to us driving on it too much. Bottom line is that I do not recommend him as he puts his profits before a quality job and cannot communicate with his customers. ...read more
