I only can tell you that when I emaileed rthem today I got a telephone call back in under 30 minutes. I liked that. Spoke to Tony the manager and started the ball rolling to get me moved-in. Tony was very helpful, courteous and respectful. Moreover he was able to answer all my questions. I wanted a close-in Trinidad location..this suits me to a T..5 blocks from town center.
