Went in to Viaero on August 11th and enrolled for a no contract wireless internet service, went home to set it up and it did not work, an employee from Viaero came over to assist and it never worked correctly, we were on the internet maybe 25 seconds total, a friend brought their laptop over to see if it would connect wirelessly and it did not either. Went back to store to cancel and return product less than 24 hours later expecting true customer service and a full refund but will now have to wait a month or two for refund and a possible refund at that..no guarantees, this is ridiculous!!! The product never worked, I paid cash and brought it back within 18 hours I should have gotten a full refund on the spot. I am really impressed at the cleanliness and friendly atmosphere at the sterling store. Every time I go in I am greeted with a warm and kind smile from all the employee's. I have been to other stores around Nebraska and Colorado and was not treated the way I have been in the Sterling store. Maybe the company should send other sales reps from other stores to sterling so they can learn some good tips on how to treat customers. ...read more
