Cold Stone Creamery

I would have given this location a corner of a star if that were an option. I ordered an ice cream cake and asked that it be ready between 11:00 - 12:00 for pick-up. \t\n As I was driving on my lunch hour to pick up my cake, I received a call at 12:02 letting me know it wouldn't be ready until 12:45. Needless to say, I was NOT happy. But wait... it gets better! I then get a call five minutes later telling me that the manager misquoted the time and it would not be ready until 1:00 or later as the cake decorator didn't know about the deadline and was not coming in until later. Well, that was not good news since my office celebration was scheduled on 25 peoples calendar for 1:30 and I would be rushing to get back and get everything set up. I arrived to get the cake promptly at 1:00 and all I get from the manager is a slew of "sorrys" and an offer to help me to my car?!?! And to top it all off, the writing on the cake looked like it was done by a five year old child. Needless to say, I will not be ordering my monthly birthday cakes from this location and think the owner should know that there are a bunch of idiots running/working in his store. The only good thing I can say is that the cake tasted great and held true to the Cold Stone standards. ...read more

Made reservations in the morning on a Wednesday. Specifically asked for a "quiet booth to celebrate a friends birthday" through Open Table online reservations. Arrived at the restaurant after hunting for parking forever but we were 10 min. early. They had our reservation and welcomed us but then proceeded to take us to the noisiest part of the restaurant near the bar. They seated us in uncomfortable table which was up high with a high chair on one side and booth type on the other side. We literally were yelling at each other to talk. The music was much too loud and the lighting was too dim. I was disappointed in the menu . Especially the price of a salad. The salad I ordered was $14.50. So expected it to be on the large side but there weren't many options for salad. I ordered the Chicken Salad. It had shaved grilled chicken throughout this tossed up mess piled with golden raisens and ruined with a fairly tastey but too much dressing. The dressing should be served on the side but they threw it all around and threw it in a very large bowl. It actually looked as though it had been sitting there for awhile before bringing to the table. The lettuce was wilty and not crisp at all. NOT THE WAY TO SERVE a pricey meal salad. My friend had some kind of crepe dish which was very large and she ordered some spaghetti squash on the side which was dinner sized plate. I could tell she did not enjoy it or like her meal as she picked at it but would not say anything because it was my treat. We were not served with enthusiasm at all. My friends coffee came to the table cold and we had to ask for another cup. It was an altogether negative experience and I will not be going back there. Not special at all! Also not sure what the significance of their name "White Chocolate Grill" as I did not see white choclate mentioned as an ingredient in menu items. Disappointment is and understatement. ...read more

We've been here a few times, often with our kids in tow and always with an infant. The food is fabulous- you simply have to start with the grilled artichoke and finish with one of their tremendous desserts. Everything in between that we've tried is delicious as well. It is a bit on the pricey side, but after you taste the food, you should feel you got what you paid for! The service has always been outstanding. Any staff member walking by your table will help you. You never have to stare at your dirty dishes or hold them out of the way for new plates. This speaks well to the manager and his/her training of the staff! Good job! I wish all the area restaurants had this quality of service. ...read more
