What ever happened to great customer service? Well you won't find it when you call Cartridge World in Centennial. Gave them a call to look for a black printer cartridge for my HP printer. When the lady answered the phone I asked her if they carried the particular cartridge that I was looking for and she said they only had the larger XL size for my printer. I am not too familiar with printers, this being my first one, so I asked if the XL cartridge would fit in my particular printer, she said yes and that "it carried more ink". So my next question to her was how many copies on average could I get out of the XL cartridge (since it was the larger one)? She then very sarcastically replied "I don't knoooowwww would you like me to google it for yooouuu?" I said, no thank you and abruptly ended the phone call. That was my first experience with Cartridge World in Centennial and my last. I will call and go to other places that truly care about good customer service. ...read more

I took 7 cartridges into this store where I had purchased them. Out of the 7 cartridges 4 were defective and 1 did not work. I explained how frustrating it is to have over half of the cartridges not work to the mgr/Jessie. He said he would need to ck the cartridges before I could exchange them. He returned and told me 3 were defective but 1 was out of ink. I told him it was out when I bought it and since March I had spent $130 at his store. I also told him I continued to shop at his store due to competitive pricing but returns were problematic. He cked my record and found I had returned cartrdges in the past as well as having made $130 in purchases. At that point he suggested that I should think about shopping elsewhere. I told him I thought that was poor customer service and his reply was he thought I would be happier some where else. I told him I agreed and went to RMK Cartridge in Englewood @ South Broadway and Belleview. They were apologitic about by past experience at this store and insured me they had better customer service and competitive prices ...read more

How to avoid finding the wrong plastic drinkware online?

As a consumer of drinkware products I often find it very hard to located quality plastic glassware that not only looks as good as glass, but feels good to the touch and has no seams. I have found that when I look at plastic drinkware on the internet, via internet pictures, it always looks decent, but after I receive the products I have been thoroughly disappointed. There are things you can do to avoid getting subpar plastic or acrylic drinkware. Select the product you wish to order on the internet and call the vendor to ask some basic questions: ·Does the glassware contain seams (is it seamless)? ·Where is the plastic glassware made? What I have found is that more cost effective glassware is made outside of the United States, but in most cases it feels thin and has seams. Some people can live with that, but if you have a business that requires a certain level of quality then you should give the vendor a call and enquire. ·Ask about the size of the glassware. In most cases the incorrect size is ordered. I have seen a 12 oz glass advertised, and when I receive it will hold exactly 12 oz., but it physically looks tiny. This is not the fault of the plastic drinkware vendor, it is a result of ordering using a picture. If this is a concern call the vendor and ask specific questions about the size. If need be request samples.
