I was coming out of a 7-11 and Peno Concrete was coming in and had boards sticking out of his truck. He then turned and his boards hit my BMW. We spoke and exchanged information, but he asked me not to call the police. Now he is refusing to pay or answer his calls from his insurance agent for the damage to my car.
