I'm the organizer for a 4x4 group and have had to much work done on my Bronco over and over again, so I know the typical price. I took my Bronco to these guys to try them out and I was amazed at the savings and the information they provided for free. I have taken my other vehicles to them since because I know they are fair and only fix what really needs to be fixed. I'm glad I found these guys and even though they are 35 miles from my home it's worth the trip. I've had a horror story in my past with a mechanic that drove me to only go 'dealership' for repairs. Pro Auto have changed that. I've compared their prices and they are right on the market. Both times I've been there, they only fix what I need fixed and make the proper recommendations. They seem to recognize that building trust will always win in the end. absolutely abysmal customer service. they tell you one thing when they're selling you something, then that changes afterward... and they don't stand by their service at all.... they out-and-out called me a liar at one point and dared me to leave. do yourself a favor.... shop ANYWHERE else. ...read more
