This place is TERRIBLE!!! Never rent from them,you will regret it. They either take forever to fix stuff or they will never fix it. They said a few times we didn't pay rent,and we had to show proof that we did.Once they put our rent money on someone else's apartment. WTH?! They do Not!care about their tenants. This was the worst agency I have ever rented from. They refused to fix problems after we moved in, refused to handle any property issue we had and would not call us back for weeks on end despite repeat attempts to contact them. They promised things that they didn't put on the lease that caused problems with our neighbors, and refused to fix MAJOR issues in our neighbor's apartments as well. When our lease was up we spent a full 2 days cleaning our apartment. Despite this, True Abundance let it sit vacant for 17 DAYS and then charged us more than half of our deposit for a cleaning company to come in and dust. We received what was left of our deposit at the very end of the grace period, and only because we repeatedly contacted them about it. I was a renter with this company for over five years. Customer loyalty means nothing to these people. I advised them months in advance that I will be moving out and they forced me to sign another contract in order to not be homeless extending the lease farther than I was going to be moving. Perfect rental history with no late payments and this is how they treat you.\t\n\t\nTanager Management / RentUNC is a horrible place to do any kind of business with. They switched to a new online billing system, and all of their customer personal information was leaked online because they did not set it up properly, or obviously test it's functionality.\t\n\t\nThe College / Campus Haus Apartments have constant disturbances at night, people yelling at all hours, drunk kids breaking things, and trash everywhere. I went to work with empty beer cans thrown inside the bed more often than not. Neighbors were noisy all of the time.\t\n\t\nThe Internet service is a complete joke and only works about 10% of the time with very high latency and packet loss. They have so many wireless access points, that none of them work because they are flooding each other out.\t\n\t\nWater pressure is unreliable and varies at random. Nothing like taking a shower with hot and cold water whenever anyone else is running a dishwasher or flushing a toilet in the building.\t\n\t\nThe laundry services are expensive and dirty. There is no parking to speak of, if you are luck enough to get a parking space, you car will probably be vandalized or broken in to.\t\n\t\nDO NOT RENT from this company!
