HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They replaced my auto locking hubs on my X-terra over six hundred dollars later my hubs would not disengage properly. Their was a washer left in the hub floating around as stated by the operation manager he asked if anyone else had worked on the vehicle I stated NO. the vehicle was returned after the first time the four wheel drive was engaged They looked at it and said it was fine. It still does not work today.. If you are looking for a mechanic that will not stand behind their work you have found them I would not recomend Mkes mountain motors to anyone!!!! Not to mention the safety risk they have left me with as a four wheel drive vehicle is essential in winter driving . Just a thought if you cant fix a four wheel drive system in summit county you should not consider yourself a mechanic. ...read more
