We've have taken animals to Inovative for years and have always put up with them making us feel like we where stupid and a bother. No more will we take animals to Inovative. This isn't the only proccesor around as they would like to think. We proscess about 70 animals a year with them and 30 with other processors so we aren't stupid. We will no longer wait weeks for a call back to schedule animals nor will we put up with rude behavior, what happens to customer service! ...read more
