This guy is just a worthless piece. He went after my Fiancé as we have been engaged for three months. I am looking into civil action against American Family and this Agent Jonathan Bogert. \r\n\r\nHis worthless ethics caused out relationship to end and has effected a 8 year old child. We trusted John with our investments for business and retirement-BIG MISTAKE. In the past 5 years we made nothing--wanted to move some money out of our investments back into the business for tax purposes...my husband asked him about how much it would cost. He guessed about 2K. John then talked to our CFO (had no right to even talk to her!) and told her it would be about 11K-- She said no it's too much. Instead of ASKING US IF IT WAS OK he liquidated the account costing us $11,000!!!!! His response? "Uh....yeah I probably should have asked you"....no apology --no offering to REFUND HIS COMMISSION, no asking how he could make it up to us or ANYTHING. Said he couldn't personally afford to reimburse us anything. John Mihlbachler has absolutely no conscience. Do NOT trust him with your money because he doesn't care about yours, only his own. I find that it is poor business etiquette for Primerica to submit false auto quotes to area insurance companies (that Agents pay for) to try and market “business opportunities” to the staff that is calling the leads back. Any company that has to stoop to such low standards to gain life insurance policies and producers is a negative in my book.
