I’ve been training with Leslie at the Conditioning Classroom for the last few months and she is GREAT. She and Dianne really took the time to get to know me and my goals, and put together a program that takes all aspects of my fitness and wellbeing, as well as my busy stressful life, into consideration. They’re helping me create a way of life, advising on diet and wellbeing in addition to the physical fitness and strength. I feel so much better already and am on a steady path to meeting my goals. Leslie is a knowledgeable trainer who is very positive, encouraging and supportive, as well as is not afraid to get real with me (which I need!). She is a yoga instructor as well, so she often works some yoga into the session, which has been great for strength building, flexibility and stress reduction and I always look forward to it. Zoe is a at the highest level in her professional training, and her skills are among the very best in the Denver area. She is a gifted teacher and so the other professionals at the salon are well trained and extremely capable. Zoe creates an atmosphere of warmth and acceptance, and so besides receiving excellent services in the Salon, you will leave feeling refreshed and renewed through the positive and upbeat interactions with the friendly and caring staff. I got a gift card to this day spa for my birth day this was my first time there. i usally go to the place bu my house , decited to try some place new . I wint for a full day wich was a honney rap , mesage, facal, spa pedicure and spa manicure . I loved everything about it , oh ya and lunch!
