Sign A Rama DTC

1.0

By Businessowner80109

I can't recommend this company to anyone looking for a business to do their sign. They were quick to give me a quote and everything seemed great, until it came time to install my sign. They show up, not knowing that my building is metal siding (they assumed it was concrete) and not knowing I have awnings (is it my job to know this is a problem and let them know that I have awnings?). I am a new business owner that needed a sign put up. I know nothing about signs. It is not in my area of knowledge, it is theirs. It was their job to ask questions or ask for a picture or come survey the install sight so that they could give me an accurate quote. Now I'm 2 weeks out from my grand opening and I don't have my sign installed and I have to scramble to look for someone to do it for me. \r\n\r\nThen, when I explain to them I am upset I receive an email back saying out of courtesy you should have included a picture of the installation sight since I sent one to other companies. Does that matter? It was their job to ask, not my job to include one "out of courtesy". I feel like I got scammed. Good thing I didn't pay up front. Bad business practices. ...read more

Booth Design Ideas to Help You Stand Out at Trade Shows

Increase your sales by attending trade shows. Maximize your time at the event by standing out from the rest of the crowd. If you’ve ever attended one before, then you know that you’ll essentially be spending your time side by side along with other booths that are selling the same products or services you are, trying to market to the same set of audience. The situation can be a bit overwhelming. However, there are effective ways to help you cut through the clutter and get your target market’s attention. Start by fixing your booth design with the following tips.  Use clear copy  Your copy may be eye-catching or edgy, but what does it say? If people can’t understand the words, then that defeats the purpose of the copy. Don’t let stylistic considerations get in the way of delivering a clear and concise branding message to your audience. That’s one way to earn the booth traffic you want.  Pick one main thing If there’s one main thing you want your customers to remember about your booth or company, what would it be? Is it your discount package or promo offer? Make sure that whatever it is, it involves your products or services. If they only remember your booth for the free coffee or pens, then that means your marketing efforts have failed.  Plan ahead Don’t wing it. As soon as you know that you’re participating in a trade show, start making preparations for the event, Inc. Talk to display builder and request for acustom trade show booth design. A booth that’s been made for what your company needs will have a much better chance of standing out against all the other booths out on the floor.  Offer freebies Giveaways may be a cliché, but they work in drawing people to your booth, The Balance says. If your company is young, then this is a good tactic to get people to come in and ask questions about your brand and business. Just make sure your freebies have a connection with your company. For instance, if you manufacture pens, then notepads make sense.  Check out your competition  Find out what your competition is doing. If they have a long line of attendees, what are they doing that you aren’t? Research on the previous tradeshows. Which booths came out successful? What booth marketing tactics did they use? Find out and use that information in working out what kind ofexhibition boothwill work for your purposes.  Get an excellent display Sad-looking tables and chairs at a trade show are hardly going to invite the attention of prospective clients to your booth. Invest in a better one. You can always save some of the supplies or items you use for your future shows.  Show off your work Establish your credibility and authority in the field by allocating some of your displays to show off your work. That can get more of your visitors to take an interest in your products or services. Knowing that you’ve got the resources and experience for the job can also earn their trust and confidence. ...read more

What Are the Benefits of Using Custom Exhibition Stands?

Trade shows and conventions are incredible opportunities for companies of all sizes. Getting out there to meet and greet your current customers and impress potential clients is an opportunity that can’t be had any other way. Unfortunately, other people have brought their company to the show to do the exact same thing. A couple of folding tables and some stacking chairs aren’t just going to cut it when it comes to visibility and brand recognition. Having a custom exhibition stand can get walkers to stop, look, and interact. Even if they do not make the decision to buy at the show, your booth will remain on their mind, and with the inevitable post-show follow-up, they may be ready to buy when you call. Three Benefits of a Custom Exhibition Stand Eye-catching design. Stepping outside the typical tradeshow booth doesn’t take much imagination. The most that a venue will provide is some folding tables and some cheap, often uncomfortable, stacking chairs. Banners pinned into the backing of the booth often do not have the upfront visibility of acustom exhibition stand. Powerful branding. Everyone knows their favorite brands. From Apple to Coca-Cola, logos help us define the things that we want. We remember them because they are relevant to our experiences. It is no different for advertising small businesses. People remember not what was said, but how they feel, and branding can call to mind very strong emotions. Of course, when faced with buying decisions, the budget trumps all other considerations, but presenting with a powerful brand makes your tradeshow presentation unforgettable. Flexibility and portability. Some industries define themselves by one overriding tradeshow each year. However, others exhibit wherever they can find a reason, though they may scale up or scale down the size of their booth. A custom-made exhibition stand can be modular, flexible, and affordable, as well as fitting into any exhibition space that the marketing department decrees. Work with Professional Designers Professional exhibition stand designers can help you to articulate a vision for your own branded booth. The stand can be scaled up or down at need and bring in interesting and engaging features such as touchscreens and video displays, seating areas, and canopies. Think of these booths as a small and portable pop-up showroom for your company, bringing people into contact with your staff. You want everything to look its best for your brand, neat, clean, and professional. Make an Impression The contacts that you make at the tradeshow can be critical to future business. 30% of US companies increased their trade show budget in 2018 and while Fortune 500 companies are generously represented – frequently attaining 5 to 1 ROI – smaller companies are not as well represented. Therefore, while the field is heavy with big companies, smaller companies can still make a sizable impact. Join the 91% of over-performing companies that place a big emphasis on trade shows and other live events and make your business busier than ever. ...read more

15 Trade Show Booth Success Tips

Trade shows can provide you with the leads you need to boost returns for your business. If you want to make the most out of your next trade show, though, here are top 13 tips to help you out. 1. Stand out: Use displays that will help your brand and business stand out, The Balance says. With plenty of companies competing for the same audience, finding ways to get your booth to stand out from the rest can help you get the buying attention you want. 2. Hire right: Get the right display provider. Look for experienced firms to help you create and put together displays and exhibits that capture the attention of your audience. Or better yet, that boost their engagement levels with interactive displays. 3. Do your homework: Check out work portfolios and samples of past work before you hire a display firm. Do you like what you see? That’s going to help find the right display partner for your business. 4. Ensure zero mistakes: Are all the details correct and accurate? If your email or company name is missing a letter, that’s going to be a PR disaster. Always check your content for errors. 5. Plan ahead: The more time and effort you spend on planning this out, the more successful the outcome will be, Forbes says. If you want excelled leads and returns, then start planning it out, from the event logistics to the campaign planning and more. 6. Assemble the right team: Your displays can help you get foot traffic. But your staff can do a lot to cinch the deal. Make sure you pick the best salespeople in your organization to man the booth. 7. Use social media: Advertise the event like there’s no tomorrow. Reach out to potential clients you’ll want to chat up at the event. That should help you stand out. 8. Offer giveaways: But not just any kind will do, though. Pick ones that are meaningful to your business. That should improve awareness of your brand. 9. Figure out what methods will work with solid research. 11. Know your audience: Know what they want and need. Let that influence your decisions when you look for displays and exhibits to draw their attention. 12. Train your team: Pick staff who knows what to say and how to engage your audience. It has to be someone who knows your company inside and out so she can represent your values very well. 13. Be welcoming: Make your booth warm and welcoming. That’s going to help entice prospective clients. Friendly staff that can strike up conversations with your audience can keep them longer. And the longer they stay, the more likely they are to give your products or services a try. Join one now Don’t let fears hold you back. Start planning for your first trade show now. Use these tips to ensure successful results from day one. ...read more
