As a long time customer of over 11 years, this is easily the finest place for men of distinction to get thier grooming needs met in Denver. Bill and his staff are consistently genuine in their desire to make your time with GQ memorable on each visit. Friendly and warm, it is an oasis in a world where men's grooming is alikened to a pit stop - in the chair, wash the hair, chop, chop, and go. Not here. At GQ its about the client and thier satisfaction and relaxation. Worth every cent. ...read more

Lonnie is a professional, an artist, and really knows what he is doing! I can sit in his salon chair with total trust and confidence knowing that I will not leave with regrets or surprises. I have course unruly curly hair that needs to be colored every 4 weeks because of my gray grow out. He is an expert and knows just how much and the right shade my highlights should be. He listens and communicates so that we are on the same page on what I want for my hair, and will tell me honestly if and why something I suggest won ...read more

Chopz Men's Salon

I have been getting my haircut here for a few years now. It's a nice salon with very talented stylists. The owner, Norine, is awesome. She does exactly what I want done to my hair and helps me with tips to manage my hair at home. I have also been using the products that she has in the salon, which have made my hair more healthy and manageable. Primarily it is a men's salon, but the staff makes time for the ladies as well. I always get compliments on my hair, so I know they're doing something right. My daughter also had a keratin treatment done by Norine, and it's worked wonders. This is a great salon and I highly recommend it. ...read more

Garland Barber Shop

Boys haircuts are always very pricey. My son is 9 and he needs haircut every 6-8 weeks. I tried different barbershop and it cost $14-24 for boys haircut, which is very pricey for me. \t\nSo I was searching web for coupons to local barbershops and I found BestDealsDenver. com (coupons for local businesses). So I found Garland Barbershop in Northglenn and with the coupon the price was only $9! That is awesome price and all masters look very experienced and very, very friendly. I will definetly be back to Garland Barbershop and not just for my son's haircut but also for myself! ...read more

I've been coming to GQ for something like 3 years now, and I have never been dissapointed. The staff is very professional and dedicated to making you feel comfortable and welcome. Sure it costs a little more than some places, but it's well worth it. I get a consistently great haircut every time I go in, but I also feel well taken care of. Everyone is warm and friendly and eager to help you feel comfortable. I can't imagine going anywhere else. ...read more

.....By the other 11 glowing reviews. I agree with JPatrick58, this place is completely over-rated, not to mention over-priced. I got the hard press sales pitch for their products from the minute I sat down, had their other 'services' recited ad naseum and was booked for a second appointment almost without my consent. AND I got a lousy haircut, one that's going to cost me as much to fix as I paid for in the first place. Overall, a strip-mall-quality experience masquerading as a 'men's salon.' What a joke.\t\n ...read more

Marie has been my stylist for almost five years. She has never given me anything but a great haircut, and her talent with color makes people stop me on the street to ask who does it. She's also great with my elementary-school daughter [very picky client]. Besides her skill, Marie is a sweetheart, a great listener and fun to hang with for 45 minutes every month. The studio itself is always clean and buzzing. Great atmosphere. I don't think you could go wrong with any stylist there. ...read more

I have been going to Madison for a while now. I am more than happy every time I leave the salon. I am constantly being asked "who does your hair?" because it looks THAT GOOD! I've even gone through some pretty dramatic changes with Madison (from cutting about 10" off and going to blonde from brunette) without having a worry! LOVE HER! She gives a pretty great shampoo too :) ...read more

gingcard, my passion

This truly is my passion. Taking the photos, creating the digital photo art and having people enjoy the results. gingcard grew into a business over the years. I have always enjoyed the creative side of life. I enjoy the greeting card section in the stores. I find looking through the variety of cards entertaining. I also enjoy giving cards. When I was young, I would make cards for my family. I entertained the idea that my children (3 sons) would enjoy creating greeting cards as well. It worked better as an idea. Gee, who would guess my sons would think of something better to do. Remember long ago when Apple came out with their home computer? My first computer card was made with our new Apple 2 C. I put "gingcard" on the back of tmy greeting card to humor myself. Many years and a few Apple computers later, I am still designing greeting cards with my Apple computer. A few years back, I was encouraged to seriously think about starting my own greeting card business. I am a hair stylist and thought the hair salon would be a good place to launch gingcard designs Photo Art Greeting Cards Plus or "gingcard". This was a good beginning but I need more avenues to promote my business. Now, I am exploring the opportunities of the World Wide Web. Being shy has slowed my approach to asking the local shop to carry my cards. I have a plethora of ideas of where I would like to sell my cards, e.g., at the Pepsi Center selling my Pepsi Center collection for the up coming 2008 Democratic Convention, Central City, Oxford, England, Washington Park area, even downtown with my landmark cards of downtown Denver. I am sure I will receive the boost I need to continue to the next level of my business. gingcard designs Photo Art Greeting Cards Plus provides an unique style and reliable service. gingcard designs Photo Art Greeting Card Plus is located in Denver, Colorado. Please note all photos are available as a matted prints. I welcome any request from stores wanting to carry gingcard greeting cards. Bulk pricing is offered. I welcome your comments and look forward to doing business with you. You may contact me through my email address, gingcard@mac.com or by phone, 720-201-5560 For more information and pricing, please visit my website: www.gingcard.com Thank you for your time.
