Central Parking has horrible customer service. It takes a lot to make me mad, but Central Parking has somehow found the way. I paid for parking on my debit card. I never got a receipt. I thought my card did not go through, and I didn't want my car towed, so I swiped it again. I got two parking receipts. I realized that the first time I swiped my card the receipt got stuck in the machine. Realizing that I just paid $40 for parking, I tried to contact Central Parking. It's been a week now. I have had my card charged up to 3 times for one day. It hasn't just happened once but often. Not easy to get in contact with them to get the problem fixed. Frustrating when you are alreadypaying good money to park. ...read more
