I used All Copy/Verticomm one time to service a machine. The tech quoted $130 when he finished after about 45 min. I paid when he finished. A month later I am getting a bill for over $200. Nobody is in the office at 130pm to discuss, and the owners assistant hung up on me when she was rude and I asked her what her name is. I think this is unprofessional. ...read more

The most unprofessional jerk I've ever met in my life .. be aware ! They will hack your cell phones and Jack up your bill ... and not even tell you what's going on ! When you ask they will ban you from there company DIGITECH COMMUNICATIONS ! If you check there reviews they are absolutely terrible ... go with metro pcs or boost .. or if you must stay with cricket find the corporate store near you !! They will treat you fair and offer GOOD DEALS !! Digitech communications cricket stores are trashy and disgusting ... the CSR greeted me with food all over his face looking like a trashy idiot ... the reviews are true check them all ... these people are crooks ...read more
