This $Tree's right off the lightrail so I stopped to pick up a few more things on my way home. As soon as I walked in and set my packages down to get a cart I was approached by a woman with haste and concern, and effort to call attention to her concern. No one in the front could have missed the interaction. She started telling me I couldn't take the cart out of the store. I told her I knew and finished moving my packages into the cart to shop while she continued stating the cart couldn't leave the store. I asked if she wanted me to shop there or not. She insisted again she wanted to make sure I understood the cart couldn't leave the store. Cameras would show I gave no reason to think I was trying to steal a cart. I ended up buying a minimum so I wouldn't have to make another stop. No one so bored and desperate to create excitement should be working in retail. Very dissapointed in this company and their lack of honesty. We booked them for a wedding and paid extra for a specific DJ who is also the owner. He brought a less experienced DJ and left to go to another gig without telling us. When confronted about this later he was rude and lied to us. He also lied to the wedding planner. This company is very pricey and as I said we paid more on top of that. Beware, they'll tell you what you want to hear and not live up to their hype. ...read more
