If I could give 0 stars, I would. Half the problem is having to go through our HOA in order to get the work done. Back in November, they came to repair some concrete in the back of our house. A WEEK later, it cracked and has been flaking off ever since. They claimed they couldn't fix it because by then, it was cold. We patiently waited until Spring. We have been contacting HOA to get it fixed and finally just called Rocky Mtn. directly to which I got no answers. Then, when we heard from the HOA, the concrete people claimed that they made multiple attempts to come by but wouldn't because of our dog and that they left notes. No notes were left!! I am FURIOUS that such dishonest people would claim ridiculous false things and make us live with the terrible work that they did. I'm tempted to buy concrete mix and do it myself! ...read more
