My wife and I had a deep desire to be home owners, but had a credit rating that would make it difficult to do so. A friend recommended Nelson Roseland (All About Merchants) to help us repair/clean up our credit report as well as possibly help us with alternative financing. I would not have believed that the process would have been as easy as it was, nor that it would have taken so little time. In working with Nelson, we were able to qualify for an FHA loan, and close on a home within a three month period. Nelson continues to work with us to further improve our credit rating and make recommendations for future purchases and investments.
