In one word, impressive. As a former car mechanic myself, I am very particular about who I allow to work on my car. The owner was easy to talk to, understood exactly what I wanted, and was more than fair with his pricing. The work done to my car was precise, clean and meticulous; above and beyond what I expected. When I took my car in it was grinding and had metal flakes throughout the differential. They removed the entire axle, cleaned it out, put brand new parts back in and even painted the whole axle assembly. It is obvious this shop’s owner and techs love what they do and take great pride in their work. They are so confident in their work they gave me a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. DO NOT USE R M Window Tint, Colorado!!! . After purchase, we brought our NEW car to this business for Window tint and a clear bra to prevent rock chips. Needless to say, we had to bring the car back and they failed miserably. During the repair, a RM employee attempted to remove a section of the clear bra and removed some paint underneath the clear bra and we ended up paying for repairs out of our pocket. Upon return, we were willing to exchange compensation for service as verbally agreed upon since “accidents” do happen. However, when it was all said and done, R M Window Tint conjured up every excuse to avoid liability...even claiming our vehicle was in a previous car accident, blaming inferior auto paint and finally blamed faulty 3M products. Arrogantly, we were informed by their employee and I quote; “They don’t need our business since they work with several car dealerships in Colorado.” They avoid any attempts to rectify the situation or accept any responsibility. ...read more
