Highly NOT recommended. They do not care about customers' property, which is practiced from their manager James on down. They talk about the owners be hind their back and try to damage your property on purpose. James is the ring leader, who encourages his employees to act this way. They have the most rudest employees that are incapabl of taking care of your property. All they care about is doing job as fast as possible whether or not your stuff is packed properly. They always try to take short cuts that iw again encouraged by their unprofessional manager James. We used Armstrong to move to Virginia. They assued us of high quality andwe paid extra for that asurance. Thepackes wre good but the movers talked a good game but banged up a bunch of furniture. Despite buying zero deductible damage insurance the company has refused to fix some of the damaged funiture. For that which they agreed to fix they sent a funiture repair guy who was nice but does not seem qualified to fix fine furniture. ...read more

The quote process went well but both the pick-up and drop off were a disastor. The guys who picked my stuff took forever and several times when i said something wasn't going a couple of guys asked me if they could take it. At the drop off point the guys who did the moving were fine but the items wer so poorly labeled there was no way to track if everything was there. After the move any help I needed to make a claim on a couple of items that were damaged was not followed up...i could barely get them to send me the paperwork needed. ...read more
