Renters beware!!!!!!! this has to be the worst place that I have ever rented. I lived here for almost 2 years not because I wanted to but because they give you a 60 day mandatory notice that you must give them to move out when you cannot secure place in a month let alone 2, in most cases that makes it almost next to impossible to find a place so it forces you to resign a lease with them so that's why I ended up living there for 2 years but it gets better. So after my second signing with this company I decided to go month to month when you go month to month they increase your rent by almost 400 at the time that would have made me pay me about 15 to almost 1,600 dollars for rent when I would normally pay 1100. I was happy to pay that amount because I was able to just terminate my lease within 30 days. Mold infested! !! ...read more
