I have never experienced such horrible service, quality, or integrity as Castle Pines Jewelers. My wife and I got our wedding bands and her engagement ring from them, and were shocked at the poor quality of the rings. Not only that, they took over 2 months to get our wedding bands to us, after messing up the order, and inscription. We finally got them 2 days before our wedding and couldn't believe how scratched up and cheap they looked.When we tried to contact them to discuss this, and see if we could exchange them, their employee Daryl was outrageously rude. Asking us why we hadn't paid for them. I told him we had tried to call after we returned from our honeymoon, and I was put on hold for an outrageous amount of time. So I figured when they're ready to earn our business, they can work for it, and we'll pay them. Castle Rock Jewelers made a ring for me & I paid a pretty penny to have the stones custom set.... after only a year the "lifetime" setting that was assured that it would last 50+ years was shot. I brought the ring back in to have a loose stone fixed & they want to charge me $180 to re-tip the prongs... up until I threw a fit & explained that they are the ones that pronged it in the first place. Only after a battle were they willing to stand by their "lifetime"... then it took 10 days longer than the 2 week time frame to get it back. I'm not impressed.... nor will I be back ...read more
