I do not recommend this complex. They lied about the availability of an apartment and pressured me into filling out the $350 online reservation form. DON'T DO IT! They refused to admit the mistake, instead keeping $50 even though the credit check was not complete. I called numerous times, wrote letters to the complex and the main office in Texas--no reply. I have been renting an apartment managed by Colorado Realty and I have been extremely satisfied. Love the fact that they have an online portal for paying rent and requesting maintenace. Not sure on the maintenance response time as I haven't had a need to request any maintenance, yet. My husband and I currently live at Amli at westcliff. We hate it! We are paying $1345 a month for rent and since there was only covered parking around our apartment building we were forced to rent 2 parking spaces. We were NOT told it was for the length of our lease and we are stuck paying for them for a year. The people above us sound like a herd of elephants walking around. The bedrooms are freezing cold cause the vents dont blow enough heat to them and our masterbathroom never gets any heat. On the first day here our apartment was so dirty we had to clean all the cupboards and counters before using the kitchen and there were spiders everywhere. Not to mention the dirty carpet. We made sure to list all these problems on the sheet when we moved in. The light fixture in the living room had no light balb in it. We decided to move to another place after just the first week. We were told we would have to pay $3000 to break our lease! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone, They are definately NOT luxury apartments as they claim to be!!
