I signed on to the web and was told I had 100 free bids and after bidding a few times, I received a prompt to buy more bids. It was 825 bids with 500 free for $495. I went to hit the "X" to get out of the screen and then it said I had bought the bids for $495. I spoke to live chat and they indicated they could not refund me the money. On no area could I find anything that said it was not refundable nor could the live chat people tell me where it said that. This doesn't make your city very popular, allowing this kind of business in your city. I would like you to contact them and have them credit my account for the $495. the worst experience ever, over priced rent, gangs and vandels, illegal hispanics- but the worst part is for the highest lot rent in the area, I had no working sewer for months, and created thousands of dollars worth of damage in my bathroom. I had to use hotel rooms and on and on, and still pay rent. The Manager -only the very old couple, if you complain then you ll get evicted. I had no working electric and gas, and was told I had to fix it, the electric pedestal was the parks responsibility, the frozen gas line was the parks fault, the sewer that was backed up was below ground- and needed to be cleared and snaked out. The manager then turns off the water in the middle of winter and doesnt need to tell me. Unbelievable, I would not send my worst enemy over there. ...read more
