Ronnie Davis Roofing

5.0

By Joe

Ronnie Davis is a crook and has stolen thousands from my family in unfinished work and ruined materials. His work is far below standard. The work he botched the worst included tile and wood flooring. He does not return phone calls, and has been asked to come back to make it right. He will not even return the courtesy of a phone call. What is a roofer doing GC'ing a remodel job anyway? Our fault, I suppose. RUN from this guy! His idea of being "specialized in roofing" includes trying to put a white tin awning on a green roof. His worker said that he didn't have any green tin at the time. LAZY! Being from out of town, Ronnie jumped at the chance to work us over. Hope to see you in court Ronnie. ...read more

Spring is hear and along with it has come violent wind and hail storm.

As the storm season approaches this year, be prepared. We have already had a record number of tornados in 2012, over 100 in just the first 3 months. With sever weather comes high wind and damaging hail. There are some precautions you can take to be prepared for this. 1) Make sure your property insurance is up to date. 2) Make sure you know your property coverage, deductible, exclusions, depreciation, etc. Many customers find out when it is too late that they are not covered for certain types of damage or that their deductible is higher than they thought for that event. 3) Have a qualified contractor in mind to help you with an accurate, honest inspection of your roof and/or exterior should it be damaged by wind or hail. 4) Protect plants and fragile items from hail by covering them until they are large enough to survive on their own. 5) Have shelter for your pets so they can run for cover during a severe thunderstorm 6) Keep candles, flashlights and/or back-up power ready and easily accessible 7) Always keep at least 4 to 7 days worth of food and water available in case you are without power and/or service for an extended period of time. 8) have a safe place to go in case of a tornado such as a protected space in the basement or a storm cellar. Remember, not all basements are safe unless the ceiling is reinforced or would be protected from high winds. 9) Have your emergency service numbers and your insurance company contact easily accessable. ...read more
