Feel a lot of better
I've been to a couple of retreats, some of them are better, some are worse... «Moyano» embodied the best features. Interesting seminars, really working diets, meditations, exotic nature and peaceful atmosphere. I was especially impressed by Shipibo massage, really helped my spine. Gotta get back here once more for sure.
