Absolutely the poorest service that I have ever received from any business here in the Twentynine Palms area. Rude, arrogant, demanding are the 'traditions' that they have shown to me. In my opinion no person - active duty, veteran, civilian should do any business with this agency or the one run by her sister - Affordable Rentals. We at Affordable Rentals do everything we can to make our tenants and owners happy. We have NEVER let anyone go without proper working swamp cooler or A/C units for more than 48 hours and compensate as per Calif. law. No matter what you do during our monsoon season a swamp cooler will not cool a unit down as well as it's designed to do.
