After Heidi's Mobile Pet Groomers did not return our phone calls and texts, we felt it was prudent to post this review to notify current and future clients of a recent incident. There have been several red flags over the last two years using Heidi's Mobile Pet Grooming but we had always tried to give the groomer the benefit of the doubt. Over the last few groomings he has taken longer and longer to perform the service and when our dog was in his van for an hour and 45 minutes last week I finally went out there to see what was going on and retrieve our dog. He left promptly, and when I got into our home, to my horror my dog was severely bruised and traumatized (see attached picture). We took our dog promptly to the vet to be evaluated. If he was having difficulty with our dog, the professional approach would be to communicate that to us and stop the grooming. The groomer would be in jail right now if my dog was a child. ...read more
