I purchased an extended warranty through Home Depot for my LG Refrigerator and dishwasher. When problems with these appliances occurred I call HD for service. The directed me to Quality Appliance INC. in Woodland CA. First off Woodland CA is 80 miles from my house. The gentleman the came out to check on these issues said he would have to order the parts for both of appliances and would be back in a few days to do the repairs. After 3 weeks of waiting I called them and they said parts were on back order. Waiting patiently for another 2 weeks I called and finally got a response to setup an appointment. The gentleman arrived with the only 1 part for the refrigerator and it was the wrong part. He did have the correct part for the dishwasher and replaced it but within a few weeks the dishwasher had the same problem. I could continue the review but there is not enough room to continue.
