I shop here often and have never gotten the warm and fuzzy from the staff but chose to ignore it because I love the items in the shop. I had run in for a card and when I presented my debit card as my form of payment the owner rudely told me that she did not want to run my card for such a small amount and that I would have to buy more or go to an ATM. I have run in here for cards on numerous occasions and the other staff members have never refused payment, it clearly says that they accept cards and there are no signs in the shop or on the website indicating that a minimum purchase is required. I did not have time to look around nor to run to the ATM. Regardless of all of the money I spend in here on a regular basis my card was refused and I had to leave. Unless there is a sign clearly stating a minimum purchase to use a non-cash payment it is wrong. I have been a flower buyer for many years. Often times I have been unhappy, but I have been nothing but pleased with this shop. They have the most beautiful arrangments. You can tell the designers really care. In the past year I have sent 6-10 arrangments and each time I have recieved rave reviews from the reciepents. I would recomend this store to all my friends.
