The good: Very nice units with huge islands, accent Walls in beige/Brown tones. Stimulated hard wood(vinyl) flooring throughout. Mirrored closet doors. Huge mirrors in bathroom(s). Balcony-like sliding glass doors in living room. On-site laundry, unit comes with parking. Elevator in building. The bad: After 2 months have yet to have the basic "Move- in-ready" repairs done. Tub is still peeling old disgusting paint and glaze. Base boards are uneven. Covers for outlets were installed 3 weeks after move in. Finding baby roaches creeping Around. Although I've informed management of this and they reassured me someone would come" Gel" the baseboard... 2 months in. .. nothing. Children run rampant for the most part of the day,slamming doors, playing on stairs and in elevators. Til about 9-10 o'clock every night. Elevator and stairwells stink like dumpsters. My personal experience thus far: In 2 months i have yet to receive a copy of my lease. I have not been able to use my 2 nd parking Water is constantly being shut off without notice. Contractors park uncomfortably close to other cars. I have yet to receive a COPY of my lease.
