As you walk through each apartment the ambiance takes you back to the 70's. The appliances are the non-efficient brand with the appearances that tell you, they might work half way decently. As you view the apartments on the river, sounds great right! They express that you pay more for that view which, you can't see. A renter, who sold his lawn equipment, has broken a rib trying to cut a view out, another has been attacked by poison ivy cutting her view out: and the property or City wants to claim ownership. You expect to get what you pay for. Rent rise yearly @ 30.00 or more for others. This has prompted some to seek home ownership through Habitat or other means. He has 2, rude obnoxious, lazy, slumlords that are his family members running the joint. THE FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE NO REAL ESTATE LICENSES SO THEY CAN NOT DO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
