Ok so as a parent when I first saw Santa Fe kids it seemed like a great place. The hours are great and they potty trained but I was definitely disappointed that my child hated it there. Dropping him off on his first day he was happy and ready to enjoy day care but for some reason every day after he cried and begged me not to leave him there. Now some might say its normal but my child is a very social and well behaved child so to see the way my child freaked out just seeing the building surprised me. I also didn't like that in the morning when I dropped my child off they are watching tv. I understand it's Disney cartoons but I do not let my child watch tv at home why would I pay someone to watch it at school. Now my child is at a different scho and is so happy to go daily. My child hasn't cried once the teachers are friendlier and more involved. I can't even take my child near Santa Fe kids without my child telling me not my old school I want to go to my new school! ...read more

I called them a while back with questions about what I should get to be prepared and their customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions.
