The first time I went, I asked to be highlighted blonde, and the girl dyed it RED. Then to "fix" it (after she fought w/me and said it wasn't red...I have a redheaded boyfriend, I know what red looks like!), she turned only the bottom half blonde & left the top copper! I had to spend $175 & 2 appointments elsewhere to fix it! When I asked for a refund, the manager promised one & took down my info, then never gave me my money back. Since that was my first time there, I felt like I should be gracious & thought I should try again & not judge off of one chance. Bad idea. The next time, they only did my roots- really great for the brassiness on the rest of my head! ok so i have been here a few times, but the last time i went i swear to you the guy was amazing i was out of there with in an hour, but not even a week later my nails were already lifting from the sides. i mean yeah i know that in 2-3 weeks your supposed to go back for a fill but common.
