We bought Russell's owner builder home in Washington. It was a mistake. From exposed and burnt wiring in the junction box to doors falling from hinges we have spent thousands of dollars repairing complete shottiness throughout the interior and exterior parts of the house. Every aspect of construction; foundation, plumbing, electrical, interior exterior, had some major flaw all due to either cutting corners, shottiness, or code violations.
