I went in for a tour yesterday, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by someone. Staff were all very welcoming, and friendly. As I waited in there lobby area, I saw a group of residents playing cards with a staff member, and eating popcorn. They seemed very happy, a plus when your looking for a place for a loved one! Lucia, marketer who works there, was very informative and sweet. Facility was clean, and the perfect size. Usually when walking into different facilities they don't smell the best, I can honestly say Sierra Vista was smelling great!! We are very pleased that our Father lived in a great place like Sterling. The desert doesn't ooze sophistication but this place does. I attended a wedding about 10yrs ago and it was beautiful also! Staff were also friendly too ...read more
