I contacted Bee Catchers after observing a swarm of bees rush through my front yard and up into the eaves of my home. I was shocked because I never had anything like this happen before. I called and spoke to Nicole, she was very polite and helped calm me down quickly. She explained to me what was happening with the bees and that I should not panic. She was able to schedule me for same day service and when the technician arrived, I was greeted promptly.Steve explained the process of how he was going to remove the bees alive and I was quite excited to see him perform this feat. Surprisingly though, he did get the bees to come out of the structure alive and well. He was able to get them boxed up and ready for relocation. My experience with Bee Catchers was great! Price was extremely fair and they were professional and they saved the bees. I could tell that this company really took pride in the fact that they are trying to make a difference. Hired them to do rodent exclusion and they failed miserably. Two different techs told me there was no problem with one building that a quick search of the loft would have revealed had a huge problem. After I found the problem they had missed, they still couldn't figure out how the rodents were getting in. They also couldn't find the rodent access in another building, even after I showed them the entrance point inside. With respect to the one hole they found and supposedly sealed, Jack the owner who did the exclusion insisted I pay another service charge to come look at it again after I discovered lit hadn't actually done the job. Apparently they do not warrant their work for even three months. Their excuse: you are in the woods. Funny how they did not say they couldn't fix the problem when they charged me $630 for exclusion and clean up. A huge rip off. ...read more

Bee Catchers was very expensive, which is fine, except that the bees were never taken care of. I had to call several times to get them to come back and finish the job. They came back eventually, but the bees still were not taken care of. On top of that, they didn't remove all of the honeycomb and nest. They did not seal the roof correctly and it looked terrible. I had to pay my contractor $400 to do the job right - fix the roof, remove the nest and honeycomb and get rid of the bees once and for all. I was very disappointed with the service. ...read more
