Short story of the long is that I bought a laptop had it five weeks. I took it in because I splashed a drink on the screen and needed to have it fixed. I understood I needed to pay the 350.00 plus dollars to have it fixed. First time that I got it back hinge was broken and dented on the underside plus they gave it back to me with the screen not fixed. I went in to pick it up after they sent it back out and not only does it appear it has been dropped with more deeper dents the hinge where originally broken by them is also crushed in. My husband asked for a new computer since we paid 350 dollars to have it fixed and now there is major damage to it. They refused. In fact the store manager was rude to my husband as if he did not care one bit we have a five week old computer that now is ruined.
