THE FOLKS AT FOX DRUGS GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. ALTHOUGH I HAVE ONLY SHOPPED THERE OFF AND ON OVER THE YEARS, MOSTLY BECAUSE IT IS NOT NEAR MY HOME, I HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE LIKE THE MOM AND POP STORES REMENISCIENT OF THE PAST. LAST WEEK I WAS LOOKING FOE A PAIL AND SHOVEL FOR MY 10 MONTH OLD GRANDSON TO USE IN THE SAND AT THE PARK. THIS IS NOT THE TIME OF THE YEAR EVEN THOUGH WE ARE IN SO CAL TO FIND THIS ITEM. I DECIDED TO CALL FOX, AND THEY ASKED IF THEY COULD PUT ME ON HOLD WHILE SOMEONE CHECKED THE STOCK DOWNSTAIRS. BACK ON THE PHONE IN MOMENTS AND I HAD MY CHOICE OF GREEN OR ORANGE. After writing a poor review of one particular employee, I wanted to say that there are lovely people working there as well. Danny, Kenny, Mary, and Gabi to name just a few. Friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Thanks to them! Again, I do have a problem with Sally. She is the polar opposite to the above mentioned people. She needs to take a lesson from her co-workers or just quit since she does not appear to enjoy her job and it shows. ...read more

I love this Albertson's and shop there every day. I enjoy the kindness/helpfullness of the employees from courtesy clerks to the deli workers. Danny, Mary, Kenny, to name a few make my daily shopping trip a nice experience. I'm wondering why Sally is always so sour-faced and UNfriendly to me and other customers. Never a smile or a greeting whether she's cashiering or working the customer service desk. Why is she allowed to continue to work there with such a poor attitude? I just had to ask.
