Dr. Gold has taken wonderful care of all my animals since I moved to Westlake village. She and Dr.Shmueli go out of their way to deliver over the top service. Having a Dr. actually listen to you is refreshing change of pace. When we had to put our 16 year old Australian Shepherd down, Dr. Gold came to the house so that Abby and us had privacy to grieve. I will never forget that and how they helped us, very kindly, through an extremely difficult day. After a two weeks vacation, we found Leo, our 11 years old Rottie to be very depressed and having very hard time moving around. We heard about Dr.Gold from a friend that recommended her mobile vet services. She arrived on time and from the beginning we found her to be very throughout and professional, plus her pleasant personality made it easier for Leo to trust her. She gave us her tentative diagnosis, and after the blood results came back, her diagnosis proved to be accurate. now its almost three month later, and Leo is back to normal self, which is not bad at all for a 11 years old Rottie! ...read more
