I wish I could give this company negative stars!!!! This is a dishonest company. If you give them a deposit, do not expect to see it back. I rented with a Ratner managed property and it was the worst experience! I gave proper notice and left the apartment in great condition, only to have them take a huge chunk out of my security deposit (almost 1/2)!!! They also sent fake receipts that were not from real companies, but most likely an in-house job. You will most likely have to sue them to retrieve your money back.
