I'm appalled at spending $18.95 to overnight a package to my daughter in Stockton, CA to be told attempted delivery had failed due to no one there for signature!! My daughter stayed home all day for this package which is needed desperately for her work. No receipt was left for her to even allow her to know that an attempt had been made for delivery. After 3 calls to USPS and searching for the package and FINALLY getting a representative, I was told she could pick the package up herself at the Post Office. VERY POOR SERVICE INDEED. ...read more

This bank is like stone age..they need to improve their online banking!! Their online banking does not reflect current charges..it is always a day behind and if you make charges on Friday you will not see it until Monday. Their system and their people really sucks!! The bank closes early and they are not open on the weekend!! If you want to bank with them, make sure you record all transactions because they may not help you if you need help!! ...read more

Recently, we accidentally overdrawn on one acct. BAC kept letting us make charges until they got $696 NSF off from us. According to them we had sign some papers that stated they can do that! Which we are totally unaware of!! There were money in the second Checking Account but they won't apply those overcharges to that account but charged us a $29 NSF for each transaction even if the charges were less an $2.00. The BRANCH MANAGER was very cold hearted, she would not try to help us out!! It would have been fine if they put a stop after they have charged us NSF on 2 to 3 overcharges but over 20 overcharges. That's robbery!! It would have been nice if we received a courtesy call to let us know that we have overdraft on the first or second time. We understand it's the account holder responsibility to keep track of their accounts; however, it's unethical and unfair how they can let someone continue to make charges up to that much. ...read more
