I went with my friend to translate for her to this store, regarless of the situation between the store and my friend, the manager of this store was very rude, call my friend a liar, yell at her in front of me, try to do the same to me, but I told him that he is not professional, he is a liar because he said his store was closed, which it wasn't and he said the word F.....K three times!!! he is rude, and doesn't know how to treat people, I am gonna take this further, he really doesn't know how to talk to people...rude rude ruuude....his name is Eddie..stay away from this store ...read more

I will NEVER use this service again. Although this is my first experience renting an appliance, there is no excuse for the extremely unprofessional way I have been spoken to on many occasions mostly by Mike (no last name provided when asked). I was contacted to reschedule a pick up for a repair. I was told by Mike it wsnt his fault and what did I have to say for myself for wanting to reschedule with a scolding tone. I said I never said it was his fault and there was an emergency. I said he was being rude and he said I was a terrible customer! Amazing! He then put me on hold and gave me to another representative (Cory) who apologized on hsi behalf and provided me with excellent customer service. Since this has been one of several times "Mike" has spoken to me in this manner, I am no lodging a formal complaint with the company. ...read more

I actually give them -5 stars . They have comntinually called my cell phone which by the way is the wrong number for Elibeth and James who they keep trying to call! Each time I have asked them not to call again as there is no Eliabeth and James at this number ...still they call agin today and when I asked the guys name HE HUNG UP ON ME NOT ONCE BUT 3 TIMES! WHAT THE HELL KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT? i just tried callin again hung up! wow what professionalism.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ...read more
