NIGHTMARE! I called to make an appt. and asked for an EXPERIENCED STYLIST. I explained my that I wanted low lights to match my roots and tone down the light blond. VERY SIMPLE! I had an appt. with MARY. Long story short it took FIVE HOURS and the top half of my hair came out so dark that the underneath was lighter, and the top half was a mud color from going over it with different shades of brown. After 5 hours and her not being able to fix it, I had to go to another salon and pay an EXPERIENCED STYLIST to do the whole thing over! I will never book another hair appt. at a gym.
