Contract signed on July 24; install date Aug 24. Didn't happen. Always and after every call to them it was: "next week", "next week", "next week for sure". Didn't happen. In Oct. (2 months after is should have been installed) we left for 3 weeks vacation, I called again and they promised to install before we left. Returned after vacation in Nov.and still not installed.Didn't happen. Then in mid Nov. it was finally installed after I said I would be there personally to watch them actually install it. . The work was good, but the service, reliability and professionalism was completely unsatisfactory. I would not ever recommend this company. ...read more
